The IFEVA Certification is awarded based on a comprehensive on-site factory audit conducted by the IFEVA Audit & Technical Committee in accordance with the IFEVA Certification Framework for Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturers and allied industries.

The audit evaluates the manufacturer across the following key operational and quality parameters:

Assessment of factory premises, machinery, utilities, safety systems, and production readiness.

2. Manufacturing Process
Evaluation of process flow, production planning, process controls, and manufacturing discipline.

3. Raw Material & Supplier Management
Verification of supplier quality, incoming material inspection, traceability, and storage practices.

4. Assembly Line Operations
Review of assembly layout, work instructions, quality checkpoints, and operational efficiency.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance Process
